Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on HEYLZY, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the HEYLZY platform.

2. Description of Service

HEYLZY is a personal wellness tracking platform that uses artificial intelligence to provide insights based on data you log. HEYLZY is a wellness tool, not a medical service. Nothing in HEYLZY constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use HEYLZY. Provide accurate information — false information may result in account termination.

4. Health Data

You voluntarily provide health-related data (mood, sleep, menstrual cycle, nutrition, fitness, etc.) to receive personalised insights. You retain ownership of your data. We process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we protect and store your data.

Women's wellness (Luna) data — including cycle information, symptoms, and fertility-related data — is especially sensitive. You must explicitly consent to this data collection when setting up Luna, and you may delete this data at any time from your profile settings.

5. Subscription and Billing

HEYLZY offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. On cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free plan. Your data is preserved. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, scrape data, create fake accounts, use the service for commercial purposes without a separate agreement, or violate any applicable laws. Violations may result in account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

HEYLZY is provided "as is." We are not liable for health outcomes based on use of the platform. The service may be unavailable at times for maintenance. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you via email and an in-app notification before significant changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
